Meeting Calendars, Agendas, and Videos
School Board Meetings are held in the Board Room of the Edison Administration Building at 615 7th St SW, Rochester, MN 55902. Regular meetings are typically held on two Tuesdays of each month at 5:30 PM. Study Sessions are typically held one Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Study Sessions and additional sessions may be scheduled as needed.
There may be situations where weather requires cancellation and rescheduling of a School Board meeting. If a School Board meeting is cancelled because of weather, notice will be provided via the District website, District social media and to Rochester media outlets. The cancelled meeting will be rescheduled to the day following the originally scheduled School Board meeting date (Wednesday), at the same time and place as the originally scheduled School Board meeting.

This calendar is a DRAFT of the agenda items planned for each meeting for the year. This calendar exists in a draft format as agendas are always subject to change.
Meeting Agendas & Documents
Meeting agendas and documents are stored online at rochesterschools.org/simbli. Agendas are posted three days prior to a School Board meeting. All agendas are considered draft and can be modified at any time prior to the approval of the agenda at a meeting.
