All schedule changes must be made (7) days prior to when care is needed

Go to ELEYO and sign in with your email address and password.
1. Helpful hint: if you have forgotten your password, there is a reset on this page
Choose Account Management, this is a blue button at the bottom of the page.
Below the Current and Upcoming Contracts header, you will see your child’s contract.
Click on the contract and you will then have options of:
1. Change Schedule
2. Register for Non-School Days (Limited Care Week)
3. Manage Authorized Pickups
4. Withdraw Contract
Choose Change Schedule, this will take you to a screen with your calendar to schedule.
The calendar can be changed by clicking on the days you would like to add/remove
1. Helpful hint: if you choose the days of the week at the top of the calendar; example Mo all of the Mondays in that column will be changed
When you have made all of the changes needed; save your changes by clicking on Submit Contract Schedule Changes; a blue button at the bottom of the page
You should then receive an email stating your contract changes are pending
When the contract changes have been approved, you will receive another email stating the contract changes have been approved.
1. Helpful hint: if you do not receive these two emails you did not submit your changes, please make them again.
