Rockets don’t miss out today is the last day to get your JM Gives Merch! All classroom teachers have an order link and the link is also on the JM Gives page on the John Marshall Website. If you need to pay with cash or check, come to the main office or see Ms. Thompson in Room 3-200B. All orders are due by today at 3:30 pm.

Hey students and teachers. We’re approaching John Marshall's season of giving, JM Gives. Student council will be hosting a charity basketball tournament. Students will compete in a bracket and the best student team will face the best faculty team! The tournament itself will be December 16th, starting at 4:30 pm. Get your teams together. Sign up starts November 27th.

Tomorrow in the lunchroom, we are getting ready for the JM Gives kickoff! Find us in the corner to participate in our next Rocket Boost event and get a cookie for your thoughts.

Improve your writing, speaking, acting, and argumentation skills, all rolled into one activity. See Ms. Sagstuen for more information.

Join JM’s Black Student Union and be a part of a vibrant community dedicated to organizing African Cultural Events, eliminating cultural conflict and promoting black cultural awareness. Meetings will be held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. There will be a meeting today after school in room 2-207. We look forward to seeing you today!
If you bought a ticket and will be attending Mama Mia 8th period, please check in with your 8th period teacher and show them your ticket before you head to the auditorium. Your ticket is your pass. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Please remember to be a respectable audience member.

Theatre JM will be opening up their last dress rehearsal of “Mamma Mia” to raise money for JM Gives! The performance will be on Wednesday, November 15 from 2:30-3:15, and tickets will be sold for $1 during all lunch periods Tuesday and Wednesday. If you would like to see the performance don’t forget to buy a ticket. If you attend the performance please remember to be a respectful audience member.

Congratulations to Julia Ogren for winning the Section 100 and 200 Freestyle events on Friday. Julia and Diver Shannon Penny, will compete at the State meet this week at the University of Minnesota.
